  • I See a Black Screen
    This is usually caused by one of the following reasons: **1) Your device does not have sufficient RAM/CPU capacity ** - If you have a large number of browser tabs or desktop applications open, try closing those and then return to the page.   • VPN/Firewall Troubleshooting

    This usually means that the event is failing to make a connection with our servers. Check your internet connection is stable, and has above 5mb download and upload speeds.     Disconnected from chat? You may have been idle for more than 15 minutes. You will see a green "Connect" button in the middle of your screen to re-connect to the space.
