This is usually caused by one of the following reasons:

1) Your device does not have sufficient RAM/CPU capacity - If you have a large number of browser tabs or desktop applications open, try closing those and then return to the page. If you have a higher spec device available, try again using that.

2) Outdated browser version - You may be using an outdated version of your browser. If you're using Chrome, you can check this by opening the URL chrome://settings/help which will update your Chrome version automatically and suggest a restart of your browser. After restarting, please try re-entering the event.

3) Make sure you have WebGL enabled - See How Do I Enable WebGL?

4) Hardware acceleration is disabled - Ensure you have hardware acceleration enabled on your browser. If you're using Chrome, you can check this by opening the URL chrome://settings/system and toggling on "Use hardware acceleration when available". Once enabled, please restart your browser and try re-entering the event.

5) Use our compatibility checker for more in depth diagnostics - Go to Compatibility Checker. If the check fails, see the following article: I've Failed The Compatibility Check.

6) Try a different browser - It's also possible that the issue is due to a conflicting extension. Try another supported browser, or try opening the event in incognito mode.

If none of these work for you, please send us a bug report with details of your computer and browser setup, or contact us through the live chat in the bottom right of your screen.
