Use our compatibility checker to check your system capabilities

Which browser should I use?

We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox or Edge.

Does Gamerjibe work on mobile?

We officially support desktop and laptop devices at this time. Mobile support is in our roadmap and will be supported in 2021.

Although there may be support for some tablets or notebooks, our team cannot promise reliability outside our officially supported platforms. We are actively looking at ways to expand compatibility to the full range of devices and browsers.

What other system requirements should I be aware of?

We recommend having 8GB of RAM.

If you have a computer that has less memory or are unsure, we recommend closing web browser tabs before attending a Gamerjibe event for the best experience.

Because we utilise 3D technology, there are also certain system requirements that must be met including a graphics card that supports OpenGL.

Although these are enabled by default on new machines and browsers, you can make sure you have WebGL 2.0, OpenGL, and hardware acceleration enabled by going to WebGL Report. To enable WebGL, please follow the steps shown in the WebGL Setup Guide.
Whenever possible, you should update your graphics drivers by following this guide.

My loading screen is stuck at 60%

This means the browser is currently fetching the files required to run the event.

We aim to keep our events under 50mb in size, so this step could take up to a minute for some slower internet speeds.

If you're stuck at this stage indefinitely, please send us a bug report with details of your computer and browser setup through the help module on the bottom right of our website. You can also e||| mail us directly at team@gamerjibe.com, and we'll try to assist you as soon as possible.
