It looks like you're having some connection issues! Use the connection diagnosis tool in the bottom left of your Gamerjibe Event window to determine where the issue lies, then follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Internet

If you're using Wi-Fi, try moving closer to your router
Check your internet speed here. We require a minimum of 5mb/s download and upload speeds.
